So yesterday was my “day off”
I ate about 5 oz of frozen yogurt
And a price of toast with peanut butter
And a egg inside a piece of toast.
It was my protien day so I’m not going to calorie count
I also didn’t exercise because my muscles were soar from the two hour workouts earlier this week…
But we are back today! I’m going to go on a huge run!
